Eric Collinsworth
Eric has been actively involved in the real estate industry since 2004. He became and affiliate broker in 2005 and received the TN Certified Residential Appraiser designation in 2006. Eric is a compliance expert familiar with real estate valuation related regulations. He also teaches regulatory compliance to community bankers and other associations throughout the United States.
Eric has worked for and with community banks in Tennessee and throughout the United States. He served in a supervisory role for a multi-billion dollar financial institution headquartered in Middle Tennessee and was responsible for developing compliance forms, appraisal policies, appraisal reviews, appraisal training, and market analyses, as well as the management of the day to day operations of the appraisal department. In October 2011, Eric formed Appraisal Advisory Associates, LLC in order to share his growing knowledge and expertise and to fill a need he recognized within smaller community banks for sound advice relating to the regulatory changes in the real estate valuation portion of the industry. In 2014, he formed Valuation Compliance Services, LLC with Jason Bennett to focus on real estate evaluation with community banks and the two partnered with a third member in 2015 to form Gray Hawk Valuation Services, LLC.
Jason Bennett
Jason has been involved in the real estate finance business since 1997. He works closely with secondary market lenders on Fannie Mae appraisal guidelines as well as community banks and their regulatory requirements. Jason is very familiar with the Uniform Appraisal Dataset (UAD) and Uniform Collateral Data Portal (UCDP) technology and how it pertains to the valuation industry.
For the first 10 years of his career, Jason worked in the mortgage/lending side of the business with time spent in sales, underwriting and management. In 2007, he became an appraiser trainee before co-founding Clarity Appraisal Management Company (AMC) in 2009. After the implementation of HVCC (and subsequently AI), he used his real estate experience to form the AMC in order to streamline the valuation process for future clients. In 2015 with Eric Collinsworth and Randall Button he formed Gray Hawk Valuation Services, LLC. The focus was to create a bank centered Appraisal Management Software at billigaste mobilabbonemang.
Randy Button
Randy Button, MAI, SRA, AI-GRS has more than thirty years of experience as an appraiser and valuation consultant. Recently, his primary emphasis has been on commercial review appraisals for financial institution compliance. He is a Designated Member of the Appraisal Institute and is affiliated with the Tennessee Chapter. He is a State Certified General Real Estate Appraiser in Tennessee and holds certification number CG-03. Other licenses include a current Real Estate Broker license and registration to practice property tax appeal in Tennessee.
Randy’s professional background includes real estate development and construction. He formerly chaired the Tennessee Real Estate Appraisers Commission and the Tennessee State Board of Equalization. He is a graduate of the University of Tennessee with a degree in business administration and finance.
